Found a good deal on tires. They took a little longer than quoted to arrive in the store, but once they came in, the staff had me in and out easily with them on my car. Friendly and pleasant techs. Would definitely look there again for tires in the future.

I love Sam’s club and I never have a bad experience coming here except today. I got my shopping done and paid for it and I decided I wanted to stop and get a fountain drink before I leave. There’s wasn’t a line at the cafe so I went straight to the register the cafe worker (a lady) was a few feet away putting churros into bags and we made eye contact and she didn’t say not one word to me and just keep packing the churros into bags. I sat there for 5 minutes and she never came to help me and she didn’t say anything she knew I was standing there WE MADE EYE CONTACT AND I SMILED AT HER WHILE WAITING AT THE REGISTER eventually I just left this was very aggravating do better.

Customer service error. Geeez. They Lost an order, canceled another... gets very tiresome being on hold trying to get what you paid for. I don't feel they take care of their members. Costco here I come!!!

Was on the club and a rude lady ran my wife’s foot over. My wife looks at her and said she ran her foot over and the rude lady started yelling at her . I went up to the rude lady and told her to never address my wife in that tone again. Also whole in the club they were giving samples of things that were absolutely nasty. There were hardly any workers working there so the rude customers run the place apparently

Terrible customer service. Spent an hour shopping then their systems went down. Couldn’t buy anything and had to wait for over 30mins for them to start working again. Then some of the items were higher than the advertised price and went to customer service to get a price adjustment. The people there acted like I was annoying them with my issue and flat out said our systems are down you’ll have to wait we can’t help you. Never had these types of issues with Costco. Their prices are better and they have a far better selection and quality. I’ll be canceling my Sam’s Club membership even though they are closer to my house than Costco!

This store has better product selection than the Bradenton location, however this location is careless with curbside. Seeing as it is now a fee, extra care should be taken when orders are taken. I did not receive 3 items: almond milk, turkey chili and avocado. I also was not checked for my ID when accepting my order for alcohol.

Sam's was 1 of my absolute go to stores. They sell almost everything in bulk and yes you need to be a member. I find their prices very reasonable and the membership pays for itself in my opinion. But last 6 month my every visit every time one or another employee is trying to sell their credit card, not trying to help me, but sell credit card application.

You can't beat their prices and they always have a good, seasonal selection of products. Incredibly well stocked food section. Tire service is also incredibly convenient and with competitive prices. Great customer service and plenty of parking.
